Deadlifts Challenge Week 2

My Goal is to deadlift 200 pounds in 4 weeks

Warm up set with 45 pounds barbell x 10 reps

Set 1. 95 pounds x 5 reps

Set 2. 105 pounds x 5 reps

Set 3. 115 pounds x 5 reps

Set 4. 135 pounds x 5 reps

Set 5. 145 pounds x 5 reps

Set 6. 155 pounds x 5 reps
I wearied just back belt & I used the hook grip

Set 7. 165 pounds x 5 reps
I used no back belt & no wrist wraps, all I did was the hook grip

Set 8. 175 pounds x 5 reps
I wearied back belt & wrist wraps plus I used the hook grip

Set 9. 175 pounds x 5 reps
I wearied back belt & wrist wraps plus I used the hook grip

Set 10. 180 pounds x 5 reps
I wearied back belt & wrist wraps plus I used the hook grip

I’m so happy that I’m only 20 pounds from my goal of deadlifting 200 pounds
