My goal was to do 30 ball crunch in a row within 4 weeks & this is week 1

It’s funny because I achieve it in the first set, I guess my core muscles are still strong from all the Racquetball & Ping Pong I do.

Set 1. Ball Crunch 30 reps

Set 2. Ball Crunch 10 reps

Set 3. Ball Crunch 15 reps

Set 4. Ball Crunch 15 reps

Set 5. Ball Crunch 20 reps

Set 6. Ball Crunch 20 reps

Set 7. Ball Crunch 20 reps

Set 8. Ball Crunch 20 reps
