Upright row

This movement help build better trapezius and lateral deltoids. Also in this video I’m going to tell what most people don’t know about this exercise & why you should have it in your shoulder workout

Don’t have this as your main exercise for your deltoid or your trapezius muscles because there are better exercises for both muscles groups like lateral delt raise for deltoids & shoulder
