Pros for Free Weights
1. They don’t break as much as exercise bands.
2. Cost less money
3. You don’t have to work with a long band.
4. You can lift more weights.

Cons for Free weights
1. Low resistance at starting & ending of any movement.

2. When dropping free weights you can break your floor or you could hurt yourself more.

Pros for Exercise Bands
1. When dropping the bands it won’t break your floor or it won’t hurt yourself as much.
2. Good resistance throughtout the movement.

Cons for Exercises
1. They all break
2. They will cost you more money in the long run.
3. Less weight.
